MERLOT IN PUREZZA
An uncompromised choice, a pure wine, produced with a single and selected variety of grape. Firm, rigorous taste, enveloping aroma offering uncommon sensory experience. Defined by ruby red colour with purple hues. Complex aroma reminding of ripe fruit and fruit compote. The taste is dynamic and fresh. The organoleptic qualities of Merlot allow férvere to be enjoyed as an aperitif and with meals. It is best served at a temperature of 16/18°C, uncorking 15 minutes before serving, in order to ensure a good oxygenation. The wine perfectly matches red meat dishes, stewed dishes, boiled meat, white meat dishes, selection of cheese, risotto and first courses with elaborate sauce.
