Great sparkling wine with a strong personality.
 It originates from Glera grapes harvested in mid-September with manual harvesting in the family vineyards.
 It is vinified with soft pressing and ferments at controlled temperatures. This is followed by a refinement in steel tanks with subsequent aging in the bottle.
 The color is pale straw yellow. Characterized by a great variety of aromas both on the nose and on the palate, mainly flowers and white berried fruit.
 Serve at a temperature of 7/8 °.
 Dry in the mouth, it especially enhances fish dishes. Spumante for the whole meal, also excellent as a tasting glass.
