Sparkling wine with a delicately fruity bouquet.
 From Glera grapes harvested in mid-September with manual harvesting.
 It is vinified with soft pressing and ferments at controlled temperatures. This is followed by a refinement in steel tanks with subsequent aging in the bottle.
 The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
 It has a characteristic bouquet, slightly fruity with hints of apple and vanilla. Also on the palate there are recognizable hints of fruit and flowers.
 Serve at a temperature of 7/8 ° to enhance the flavor and release the aromas.
 Elegant sparkling wine for the whole meal, also excellent as an aperitif wine.
